Easterbrook Hall, Dumfries Wedding DJ
We had a fantastic day at Easterbrook Hall in Dumfries for Claire and Michael’s Wedding on Sunday 4th July 2021.
It was nearly three years ago when Claire and Michael first got in touch and discussed their plans for their big day in July 2020. They decided to go with our Elite Package which includes music during meal, microphones for speeches, uplighting around the room and of course the evening disco. The Wedding of their dreams was coming together perfectly, but then Covid hit. They had no option but to postpone.
Exactly one year on from their original date, Claire and Michael were married in front of their family and friends at The Crichton Memorial Church in Dumfries. The morning rain cleared giving them fantastic sunshine for their photos in the beautiful Crichton gardens.
It was then onto the Easterbrook Hall for their Reception which looked absolutely stunning.
New York, New York 🇺🇸
Claire and Michael chose a New York theme for their Wedding with tables named after some key landmarks like Central Park and Brooklyn Bridge. We love using music to complement the theme so it had to be rat pack/swing background music during the meal.
It was then time for the First Dance and Claire and Michael chose a fantastic track by Imagine Dragons called Walking the Wire. Due to Covid restrictions, this was the only dance that could take place, however, the guests were fantastic and made the most of the situation by enjoying the music from the comfort of their seats.
A New York themed Wedding on the 4th July meant there was only one way to finish… New York, New York by Frank Sinatra.
Thank you so much for letting us be a part of your special day Claire and Michael. This was our first Wedding after lockdown and it was so good to get back out there!
