Katt and James’ Perfect Wedding
We had such an awesome day in the sunshine for Katt and James’ Wedding at the stunning Dalswinton Estate in Dumfries & Galloway.
It was a Piping DJ day for us, starting on the pipes for the Ceremony held in the beautiful gardens at Dalswinton. Katt walked down the aisle to the sound of Amazing Grace and then it was over to Jean Steele from Fuze Ceremonies who conducted such a lovely Ceremony.
After drinks in the gardens, guests took their seats in the amazing marquee with all the sides open to make the most of the brilliant sunshine.

It was then time for us to change into DJ mode and kick the night off with the Cake Cutting and First Dance. Katt and James chose a fantastic track by David Gray called The One I Love. Due to Covid restrictions, this was the only dance that could take place, however, the guests were fantastic and made the most of the situation by enjoying the music from the comfort of their seats.
Katt and James love their music and really didn’t want a night of typical, cheesy Wedding songs. It’s always great for us to be able to get a little more creative with the music! Their playlist had a lot of newer pop music like Avicii, Swedish House Mafia and Calvin Harris, as well as some older classics from S Club 7 and the Spice Girls.
For their Last Song, Katt and James kept it traditional with Auld Lang Syne. The perfect end to a perfect day.
