Bagpiping

A great addition to any event is the sound of the bagpipes. Often guests are piped into a venue for a special event, or the bride is piped down the aisle at her wedding. Our piper has had experience of all events and can advise you on suitable music for the occasion. On the other hand, you may have a particular song close to your heart that you would like played. Our piper already has a vast repertoire, however, is always willing to learn new tunes should it be required.

At a typical wedding, a piper would pipe guests in on arrival to the ceremony, pipe the bride down the aisle, and finally pipe the bride and groom out of the venue. The piper is often used again at the reception venue to pipe the bridal party to their table. There are however, no rules and you can have as much or as little of the pipes as you wish.

Some of our previous clients chose the following tunes for the key moments at their Wedding:

Bride down the aisle - Highland Cathedral, Flower of Scotland, Wild Mountain Thyme
Bride and Groom leaving ceremony - Mhairi’s Wedding, Bonnie Lass O’ Fyvie
Bridal Party Entrance - Scotland the Brave, Bonnie Galloway, The Rowan Tree
